The Tsavo National Park, which includes both Tsavo East and Tsavo West, has the following park entrance fees effective from January 1, 2022 to June 30, 2024:
For non-residents (foreigners):
Adults: $52 per person per day
Children (9-17 years) and students: $35 per person per day
For foreign residents (with Kenyan work permit):
Adults: 1,030 KES per person per day
Children (9-17 years): 515 KES per person per day
For Kenyan citizens and East African residents:
Adults: 515 KES per person per day
Children (9-17 years): 215 KES per person per day
Vehicle entry fees range from 300 KES for vehicles with less than 6 seats up to 5,000 KES for vehicles with 45 seats and above.
The park fees also include charges for activities like night game drives, guided tours, walking safaris, and aircraft landing fees. Annual passes are available for adults, children, corporates, and tour drivers.
The park fees are aimed at supporting conservation efforts, infrastructure, and community development within the Tsavo National Park.
1 Night Tsavo East Itinerary:
*Day 1: Diani or Nairobi- Tsavo East*
Fisiafrica Safaris driver guide will pick you up at 6am and depart to Tsavo East National park, on arrival we proceed with gamedrives looking for Lions. Red-colored Elephants, Leopard, Cheetah, Giraffe, Buffalo and many more. We later check in for lunch, around 2pm we depart again for another gamedrive expected to return to the lodge around 6pm. Dinner and overnight.
*Day 2: Tsavo - Diani or Nairobi*
Breakfast at 6am later check-out and proceed to the park for game viewing. We’ll be looking for what we may not have seen in our previous game drive. And, there is always something to see in Tsavo East national park. Thereafter exit the park and drive back to Diani or Nairobi arriving in the late evening.
